SNI Scenic Pro M6
Toshiba Equium 7000D

Hewlett Packard Openview Professional Suite
Intel LANdesk Management Suite 6
IBM LAN Client control Program
Madge continues to test and work together with Network management application vendors to ensure compatibility.
The Compaq EP series initiates wake-up but the hard locks during boot up. To resolve this set the card to IRQ 10. The setup is enabled by pressing F10 during boot up, select power, energy save options suspend/Wakeup. The wake-on-LAN socket is located either on the motherboard near the back of the PCI slots, or if model you allows the riser board pulls up, it located on the riser card. The socket has a label nearby - WOL P9.
To set up Wake on LAN on IBM PC's go into the configuration/set-up by pressing F1 during boot up and select the appropriate menu option. The Wake-on-LAN socket is located on the riser card behind the ISA slots.
To enable Wake-on-LAN, go into the PC setup by pressing F2 during boot up, and select: menu Advanced Power on/off and select LAN Wakeup Mode On. The Wake-on-LAN socket is located near the memory slots, labelled WOL.
Toshiba Equium 7000 models are by default set to allow Wake-on-LAN and there are no options in the PC configuration to set. At the time of writing, Madge were working with Toshiba to resolve a problem were the PC would hang during boot up sequence after a Wake-on-LAN frame had been received. The Wake-on-LAN socket is located beneath the diskette drive cable, and is labelled LAN WAKE. Models with an on-board ethernet adapter do not have a Wake-on-LAN socket.
To set up the PC for Wake-on-LAN press F2 during boot up and select: Power Network interface, "other card" option. The Wake-on-LAN socket is located in the centre of the motherboard. The HP Vectra VE does not have a Wake-on-LAN connector.
